At Léshva Bridal, we are committed to providing you with high-quality occasion wear and accessories. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our exchange policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Bridal & Occasion Wear
You may exchange an item within 20 days of delivery if:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

The item includes all original packaging, tags, and labels

You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Due to the personalized nature of custom-made, altered, or made-to-order designer gowns and accessories, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Products returned without original packaging, tags, or labels, including custom-made or made-to-order items
3. Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at leshvabridal@gmail.com within 20 days of receiving your item. Include your order number, item details, and reason for exchange.
Once your exchange is approved, we will provide further shipping instructions.
Exchange Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost exchanges.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at leshvabridal@gmail.com with a detailed description and photo of the issue. We will arrange an exchange and offer a full replacement at no additional cost.
5. Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your exchanged item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If approved, the exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 20-25 business days.

If the item shows signs of wear, damage, or is not in original condition, we may reject the exchange.
6. International Returns
For international orders, the same exchange policy applies, but customs duties, taxes, or fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs, including any applicable customs duties.
7. Sale Items
All sale and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
